Our checkout process uses a variety of sales channel for more convenience to our clients. PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, our store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. Also, we protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. So all in, your order and your information is super secure!
2. Do you accept orders placed outside the US?
Yes. We send items to 48 states of the USA and Puerto Rico for free over $35.00 USD. We send International Free Shipping over $150.00 USD or otherwise notice will be specified. The shipping price ranges from a flat-fee (if the product has a special sale) to Free for non-sales event items.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our shipping times are us follows.
- For the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska): you should receive your order within 2-4 weeks of placing it.
- For everywhere else: you should receive your order within 3-6 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. Most of our customers get their order within 4 weeks! Note: Christmas celebration is coming up which may cause delays in shipments.
- You will be provided with a tracking number to trace your shipment. In order to keep our prices low (and offer free standard shipping), most items in our collections will be shipped from overseas. Please rest assured that this will not compromise the quality of the item. If for some reason you don't be able we can trace your shipment and send alerts via email every 48 hours.
We are a small, independent company so these are guidelines not hard and fast rules! Just contact us if you need an update estimated time of arrival for your order.
4. What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged items or if you receive the wrong item by mistake. Custom merchandise dispatched correctly has no return or exchange, it is final sale. Please, contact us for issues within 3 days of receiving your package and returns within 14 days. Please, check sizing chart before ordering for best fit. If for some reason doesn’t fit we exchange for a different size. Please note, any product which has intimate/health usage (shape-wear, exfoliators) are not covered due to hygiene concerns.
We will approve the return or exchange as long as item is unworn, undamaged, tags remain in place and the item is in its original plastic/package or cover that came in. If item is rejected, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Return shipping will be paid by buyer. Shipping expenses for defective item and returned merchandised will be refunded to the buyer as a store credit. Any import duties or taxes are charge when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
No refunds/returns on sale & personalized items. Refunds will be processed approximately 7 days after we receive your return. Refunds to your original payment method type will require a processing/restocking fee of 5%. This amount will be deducted from the refund sent back to you.
Please contact us within 3 days for any issue or exchange. For return, you have until 14 days of purchased.
